The design stage is crucial to the operation and longevity of the product, using market leading tools and technology we will create processes that add value, but also reduce inefficiencies and capture and resolve any existing failures.

Development

Development will be managed as a project by our team, who will immerse themselves within existing project teams to ensure they are involved in the granular detail that is required to execute a coherent and optimal product. This will span over work packages that will be managed with governance and deliverables to timescales that suit our client.

After developing the optimal product, we will provide a rigorous testing regime that will cover all areas, including OAT, SIT, UAT, LAT as well as post go live support to ensure any potential defects are picked up early with minimal impact to operations if discovered.

Deployment and Maintenance

The last stage will focus on working with the business to ensure smooth operation and value-add of the new optimisation, as well as support post implementation. This will involve full transfer of knowledge to the business, including any service descriptions, knowledge articles and process maps, ensuring the business are fully equipped for the new service to be introduced into operations
